The construction of a £10 million student housing scheme in the Fabric District is set to get underway.

Mount Property Group has completed the purchase of land earmarked for the seven-storey, 124-room development on Devon Street.

Located on the edge of Knowledge Quarter Liverpool, ‘Innovo’ will include 80 en suite units and 44 studios, as well as a large entrance lobby, a laundry service and bike storage. The build is due for completion by September 2019, in time for next year’s intake of students.
